With a career in residential real estate dating back to 2009, Lisa brings a unique blend of market expertise, investment strategy, and design-driven vision to every client relationship. Since 2016, she has also co-owned and operated a renovation and development company focused on renovating distressed properties throughout Massachusetts. Since 2021, together with her partner, she has purchased, rehabbed, designed, and managed several short-term rental properties throughout New England, including Cape Cod.
Through hands-on experience acquiring and operating her own investment and vacation rental properties, Lisa understands what creates both lifestyle appeal and long-term value. Her background in renovations, design, revenue optimization, and property management positions her to guide investors through every stage of the process, from evaluating opportunities and identifying upside potential to purchasing, renovating, and maximizing returns.
