Charles graduated from the University of Maryland with an Economics degree and was an Honors College graduate. Fresh from school he worked full-time for Wells Fargo out of and now is a financial analyst at Computershare as a financial analyst. He began investing in short-term rentals in 2024, his first project was in the Poconos, which he fixed and flipped and ran as an Airbnb for 6 months before exiting. He is now working on a GUC construction project in Luray, VA. In his free time, he plays in a semi-professional soccer league in Washington, DC & also plays tennis, enjoys traveling, and attending live music shows & pro sports games with friends.
